This post is dedicated to the man that brings out the best in me.
I would like to think my husband and I are very simple people, actually I think you would agree. We spent our second anniversary at our local frozen yogurt shop where we enjoyed a banana split and some good conversations about how we have both grown into the perfect person for one another. The first year of marriage wasn't easy, and I imagine it had something to do with the pressure and demanding work of PA school, but my husband tells me I have learned to be a more patient and loving person-- Who knows, he might be right, before him I didn't really have anyone to love the way I love him. Anyway, after devouring the delicious treat we looked for something to do. We ended up heading to our small town mall.
I'm not really sure why we went down there, the small mall doesn't have much to offer but it was a Sunday and it was getting late so nothing else was really open. We walked in through the main entrance and I asked my husband if we could swing by the photography shop so I can check on an old friend. We passed a few stores and when we noticed that his store was closed, we started to turn around. Right before we made a complete u-turn, my husband notice a small game room with a few of his favorite games.
We ended up playing 3 rounds of dance-dance revolution, the Mario racing car game, air hockey and skeet ball. Today easily ended up being a very enjoyable day.
